Before joining CCFPL, Lauren completed her A Levels in Sociology, Psychology and Media, before beginning her career in retail where she worked at Boots for 6 years and progressed up to Assistant Manager. Looking for a new challenge and a career change, Lauren joined the Crystal Clear family in November 2022 as a Financial Services Administration Apprentice. During her apprenticeship, Lauren completed her CeMAP 1 qualification and achieved a distinction.
Since completing her apprenticeship, Lauren has progressed into her role as Office Manager & Head of Marketing, where no two days are ever the same. Lauren plays a key role in supporting all aspects of the business, from keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the team, to managing social media and creating fresh marketing ideas. She is also heavily involved in ensuring clients feel supported throughout their mortgage journey, helping to create the best possible experience from start to finish.
Lauren is passionate about creating a positive and supportive working environment and loves bringing people together through team-building days, office events and team outings.
Being part of a growing family-run business is something Lauren is incredibly proud of and she is excited to continue developing her career further while working towards completing her full CeMAP qualification.
Outside of work, Lauren enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, going to the gym, shopping and going out for a cocktail or two!☺
