Darren has over 25 years’ experience of working within the Financial Services Industry. In 2011 after many of the large corporate financial companies pulled out of the financial services industry, Darren decided it was time to set up his own company and with the Support of Paul Hancox, On 28th September 2011 Crystal Clear Financial Planning was born! Darren and Paul, we’re the Directors of CCFPL until Paul retired in 2022.

Emma joined Crystal Clear Financial Planning in March 2022 after working as an estate agent in Nottingham and Manchester for over 11 years. Emma has a passion for financial planning, especially sharing the excitement of finding her clients their dream residential or investment property. One of Emma’s biggest passions is providing protection insurance advice to ensure that her clients and their families are financially protection in case the worst were to happen.

Trained initially by Norwich Union (now Aviva) I was instrumental in the establishment of their Healthcare Division, which initially was for Private Medical Insurance only but developed to include the Safeguard Income Protection policy, and later introduced Critical Illness as an add-on. My brief was company funded schemes (employee benefits).

Luke first joined Crystal Clear in 2019 as a business administration apprentice. After having completed his apprenticeship, Luke decided he wanted to become a Mortgage and Protection Adviser. Having grown up with his family seeking advice from financial advisers and working alongside the advisers at CCFPL, Luke felt inspired to start his own journey into the financial industry, where he would be able to help customers with their financial needs.
