Since opening our doors in 2011, we have grown from a small family-run business into a team supporting clients across the UK with their mortgages, protection and wider financial needs.
While a lot has changed over the last 15 years, one thing has remained at the heart of Crystal Clear: our clients.
15 Years of Crystal Clear
Crystal Clear Financial Planning was established in September 2011 by Darren Burdis and Paul Hancox, with the aim of providing clients with a guiding hand through all their financial needs.
Over the years, the business has continued to grow, both in the size of our team and the services that we provide.
Today, our team can support our clients with a wide range of mortgage and protection needs, including first-time buyer mortgages, residential mortgages, remortgages, buy-to-let, self-employed mortgages, as well as life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, business protection and other forms of protection.
Our advisers support clients all across the UK, while our Head Office remains in Derby - where the Crystal Clear journey began.
More Than Just a Mortgage
Over the last 15 years, we have had the privilege of being part of some of the biggest milestones in our clients’ lives.
From helping someone purchase their first home, to supporting growing families, helping clients move home, arranging protection for loved ones or finding solutions when circumstances become more complicated, we understand that financial decisions are about much more than numbers.
They are about people, families and plans for the future.
That is why we take the time to understand each client and their individual circumstances, providing a personal service and support throughout their financial journey.
Growing Together
One of the things that we are most proud of is how much Crystal Clear has grown over the past 15 years.
Our team has expanded, our services have developed and our wider crystal clear group (Chrysalis Wealth Management, Crystal Clear Wills & Estate Planning, Crystal Clear Commercial) is there to offer support across additional service areas including pensions, investments, retirement planning, wills and estate planning and commercial finance.
Despite this growth, we remain proud of our family-run roots and the values that have shaped the business from the beginning.
We believe that the relationships we build with our clients are just as important as the advice that we provide and we are incredibly grateful to everyone who has trusted us over the years.
Looking to The Future
Reaching 15 years in business gives us a chance to reflect on everything that has happened since 2011 but it is also an opportunity to look ahead.
The financial services industry continues to evolve, as do the needs and expectations of our clients. We will continue to grow and develop alongside them, while maintaining the personal approach and family values that have always been important to us.
Most importantly, we want to continue being there for our clients through the different stages of their lives from their first home and beyond.
